This website, caverosecure.com (the "Site"), is operated by Cavero Secure ("Cavero Secure", "we", "us"). Cavero Secure Limited operates the Site and is registered in England and Wales under company number 17425872, with its registered office at Nexus, Discovery Way, Leeds, England, LS2 3AA. Cavero Secure Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cavero Quantum Limited (company number 13028884).

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 3. Changes to these terms and to the Site

We may amend these terms from time to time. Each time you use the Site, please check this page to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. It is not intended to amount to advice - technical, security, legal, financial or otherwise - on which you should rely, and it does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance or form part of any contract. Descriptions of our products, technologies and performance reflect our development status and testing at the time of writing and may change. References to certifications, validations or standards processes that are described as planned, in progress or pending (for example, FIPS 140-3 validation) describe our intentions and current status only and are not a representation that any certification has been, or will be, achieved.

5. Demonstrations

Where the Site provides access to demonstration applications, these are provided for evaluation and illustration only, on an "as is" basis, and must not be relied upon for production, commercial or safety-critical use. Any use of the demonstrations is also subject to these terms, and we may suspend or withdraw demonstrations at any time.

6. Intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Site and the material published on it, including text, graphics, diagrams, images, videos, and downloadable materials. Those works are protected by copyright and other laws and treaties worldwide. All such rights are reserved.

Cavero, Cavero Secure, CaveroCore™, CaveroKEX™ and CaveroCTX™, and the Cavero Secure logo are trade marks of Cavero Secure Limited. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any trade mark displayed on it without our prior written permission.

You may print one copy, and may download extracts, of any page from the Site for your personal reference, and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on the Site, provided that you do not modify what you have copied and you acknowledge the Site as the source. You must not use any part of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site: in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation; to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; to knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it; or to attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack. We may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities, and your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties (including video platforms and social media), these links are provided for your information only. Do not interpret these links as our approval of the linked websites or the information you may obtain from them, and we do not control their contents.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

9. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms which might otherwise be implied in relation to the Site or its content.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. 10. General

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home nation. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
